Christine Red Cloud, Senior Advocate, CHW

Christine is Ojibwe enrolled in the White Earth Nation in Minnesota. She is currently the Outreach Advocate for the Senior Program/Community Health Worker at American Indian Health Service of Chicago. She was originally hired at AIHSC as the Receptionist and Medical Records clerk in 2015. She grew up in the Chicago Native community and that is where her heart is. Christine graduated from NAES (Native American Educational Services) College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Studies in 1994. She has worked at various Chicago Indian Organizations including NAES College, The American Indian Center, and The Mitchell Museum of the American Indian. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the First Nations Film and Video Festival. In the past she sat on the Board of Directors of the American Indian Center; where she participated on various committees such as the Pow Wow Committee and Miss Indian Chicago Committee.
