Gloria Menard, Behavioral Health Receptionist

Gloria has experience in the medical records field with Northwestern Memorial Hospital on Huron and St. Clair. Her role at Northwestern Memorial included scanning patient records for it’s database, handling calls with law enforcement, funeral homes and other hospitals regarding patient release of information. Gloria worked with Northwestern Memorial for 18 years.

She also worked with St. Augustine Center for American Indians located at Sheridan and Sunnyside. Gloria handled case management and worked with Seniors on rent assistance and transportation for Native American clients. Gloria worked with St. Augustine Center for 12 years.

Gloria is a bit of a craftsperson. She enjoys beadwork and teaching herself to sew.
