Sharon Holt, Quality Control Inspector

Sharon recently joined the AIHSC team! In her role Sharon performs audits, reviews data with SOP’s and contract/grant requirements. In that capacity she evaluates data, reports, methods validation, prepares reports for compliance of grants/contracts and SOPs. She maintains documentation in compliance with GMP’s. Previously Sharon has been Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Help At Home. Sharon was responsible for handling monthly calls with Payer Provider Reps regarding billing, coding and authorization or denial issues. Sharon acted as liaison for each payer account on electronic payments. Resolved paid and posting discrepancies. She resolved billing and coding issues under each payer as issues arose. Sharon managed the billing, coding and collections for IL, IN, Iowa, Kentucky and Missouri.
