It’s Back To School Time! And that means children are due for annual physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations! American Indian Health Service of Chicago will be offering No Cost or Low Cost physicals and immunizations for the entire month of August. Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM- 3:30 PM. *FREE for qualifying families with tribal documentation. LOW COST for all families. Based on availability of services.
