For American Indian or Alaska Natives: Are you from the Chicago Native community? Are you 18 or older? Join the Focus Group with the American Indian Health Service of Chicago. Our aim is to achieve ZERO suicides in our community through prevention and raising awareness. We will listen, dialogue, and address your needs. We need your support and guidance. The first 15 relatives will receive a gift card!
