About This Event
Kin Keepers is a gathering space for Native people in Chicago to come together in support of mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in community care and connection, this gathering honors the strength, resilience, and wisdom of our relatives.
Each Kin Keepers gathering will focus on different themes related to mental health, recognizing that these challenges impact our communities in many ways—and that healing is strongest when we come together.
All relatives are welcome. There are no age restrictions—children, youth, and families are encouraged to attend. We honor community care and do not want childcare concerns to prevent participation.
This event will be offered both in person and virtually to ensure accessibility for all who wish to join.
