QPR SUICIDE PREVENTION TRAINING

Join the American Indian Health Service of Chicago and Sertoma Centre for this suicide prevention course that teaches you how to help someone who may be considering suicide and how to help, including:
- Recognize the common causes, risk factors, and warning signs of suicide.
- Understand the common myths and facts surrounding suicidal behavior.
- Question a person about suicide.
- Persuade a suicidal person to get help.
- Refer a suicidal person to the appropriate resources.
