Join us for a heartwarming and creative workshop where relatives craft their very own emotional support plushies using felt, thread, and stuffing. Emotional support plushies are comforting companions that offer soothing presence, especially during stressful or emotional moments. This workshop blends hands-on creativity with emotional wellness, providing relatives of all ages the tools to support their mental health and build emotional resilience.

This workshop is a part our Unity Circle Family Gatherings program organized by the AIHSC Behavioral Health Department.

All supplies provided. • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
