4D Fitness Is Closed This Week, Returning on Wednesdays 5:30pm-8:30pm and Sundays from 10am-3pm beginning April 23rd.

Sarina DiMaso leads workout training sessions. She has received certification as a personal fitness trainer with the Native American Fitness Council.

Training includes

• Circuit Training • Senior & Youth Wellness & Movement
• High & Low Impact Aerobics • Equipment Mechanics
• Kickboxing • Weight Training Programs • Goal Setting
• Weight Loss Program • All Exercise can be modified!

• Rowing Machine • Climber • DB Method Squat Machine
• Treadmill • Elliptical • Fusion CST Resistance
