4D Fitness Is Closed This Week, Returning on Wednesdays 5:30pm-8:30pm and Sundays from 10am-3pm beginning April 23rd.
Sarina DiMaso leads workout training sessions. She has received certification as a personal fitness trainer with the Native American Fitness Council.
